Hi all,

My Mother has a tumour on her right adrenal gland, scans show this has spread through a vein and up into the right aorta.

The specialist here in the UK has only ever seen kidney tumours spread like this into the heart, never an Adrenal tumour.

They are planning to operate this week hopefully, removing the tumour and then removing from the vein and aorta.

Has anyone else come across this?

She is a Jehovah's Witness so no blood transfusion, will this effect the procedure in a massive way?
