Yeah, I don't think blood cells can be cancerous, they don't replicate on their own, they don't even have DNA (well, white blood cells have DNA, but not red... and white is being talked about lol I suck)...

So anyway blood is created in the bone marrow right? So cancer of the bone marrow is stuff that'd mess with your blood, I think that's Leukemia.
